Return of goods

The buyer has the right to return products that he did not order or products that have a hidden defect or damage, and the damage did not occur during transport, within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the shipment. Molnar Stari Mlin doo (Šaramondo) will, based on the request for a return or replacement, return the funds to the user's account or replace the product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the returned product at the warehouse. In the event that the replacement product cannot be delivered, only a refund is possible.

How much does a return cost?

The first return is free of charge. Any further returns will be charged according to the price list of our partners (GLS, BOXNOW).

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery to Croatia via BOXNOW is free.

Delivery via GLS to Croatia is €5.60 for all orders up to €50.

Can I return my order?

All orders can be returned within 30 days. Once we have received the returned order, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Do I need to create an account?

You do not have to create an account, but we strongly recommend that you do so because it will provide you with several benefits: easy access next time, personalized recommendations and services, and time savings — all to better serve you.

How can I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link. After you click that link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember.
