Are payment details secure?
HT Pay Way applies the most modern standards in data protection - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol 256 - bit encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection when entering and transferring data. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that the exchange of data between the HT system and the authorization centers of card houses is carried out in a private network, which is protected from unauthorized access by a double layer "firewall".

How long does it take to deliver my products?
Delivery within Croatia can take up to 3 business days.
International delivery can take up to 5 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping prices may vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

When is delivery free?
Until 31.12.2024, delivery throughout Croatia was free. From 1.1.2025, delivery will be charged according to the price list of our partners (GLS).
Orders through our other partner BOXNOW are free until 31.7.2025.
Delivery for orders over €20 is still free.
Do you send international shipments?
That. From January 1, 2025, we deliver products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
GUARANTEE
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
All our products are subject to quality control. Our warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design or material defects. Please notify us within 1 month of noticing any defects. The warranty does not cover shocks, improper use or other problems not caused by manufacturing defects.
RETURN
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

How long after completing a purchase can I request a refund?
According to the Consumer Protection Act, goods purchased remotely (when not collected in person but sent by a delivery service) can be returned (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, exclusively in their original and undamaged packaging.
How much of the paid amount can I get back?
If the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are entitled to a full refund.
In the event that the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are entitled to a partial refund.
In case the product is damaged and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not entitled to a refund.

Who pays the shipping costs in case of a return when the order does not have free shipping?
From January 1, 2025, returns are free.
Who pays the shipping costs in case of a return when the order has free shipping?
When an order includes free shipping, only the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
