ORDERING

Every order made by placing a product in the "Cart" and clicking the "Order" button (order confirmation) is treated as an order, provided the product is available, and is sent to the customer at the desired address. If the product is not available, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.

If you choose the payment method "general payment slip / virman," payment is made only after you receive an offer from us.

Payment is made to the IBAN of Erste Bank: HR0824020061100946198 (in the payment model, enter >>00<<, the reference number is your order number).

SHOPPING INSTRUCTIONS - STEP BY STEP

Selecting Products:
- Choose a product or multiple products and click "Add to Cart."
- You can continue shopping or proceed to order by clicking "Checkout" from the pop-up menu.
- Make sure to select the color/type of the product if that option is available.
Cart Review:
- Click on your "Cart" (top right corner of the page) - check the product status and delete unnecessary items or add the ones you want.
Checkout:
- Click "Checkout."
- You can log in as a registered user and complete the order. (Register here if you are not already registered).
Entering Details:
- Enter the required information and choose the delivery method (to the home address or BOX NOW parcel lockers). Then click "Continue."
Final Confirmation:
- Check all entered data, accept the terms of purchase, and click "Submit Order" if you chose cash on delivery or a general payment slip.
- If you selected card payment, click "Continue to PayWay" to complete the payment.
- If your delivery and billing address are the same, keep the checkbox checked as default.
- If you want to change the billing address, uncheck the default box and enter the new details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your order has been placed, or an inquiry has been sent to the staff of the online store "Šaramondo."
Our staff will check the availability of the ordered products based on your order (inquiry) and contact you within 48 hours if the order was made during the webshop's working hours (Mon-Fri: 8:00-17:00).

The amount and discount rate will be indicated on the invoice sent with the goods.
Other discounts apply to all payment methods: general payment slip/virman/internet banking, card payment, and cash on delivery. Discounts do not add up.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards:
- We accept the following credit cards: Premium Visa®, Visa®, Diners®, MasterCard®, Maestro®, and Discover.
- We offer installment payments with Visa and Maestro cards from PBZ Bank (2-12 installments, interest-free) and Diners card from Erste Bank (2-24 installments, interest-free, Croatia only).
- You will receive a link to secure pages for online payment immediately after your order.
- If we do not receive transaction confirmation within 24 hours, we will assume you have canceled the order.
General Payment Slip/Internet Banking:
- After confirming the order, you will receive an email with payment details (pro forma invoice).
- The payment deadline is 3 days.
- Products are sent after the funds are deposited in our account.
- Payment is made to the IBAN of Erste Bank: HR0824020061100946198 (payment model >>00<<, reference number is your order number).
Cash on Delivery (Croatia only):
- Ordered products are shipped no later than 3 business days (usually faster).
- The customer pays the value of the products to the delivery service upon receipt.

DELIVERY

Delivery within Croatia is charged 5.60 EUR for orders up to 20 EUR; for orders over 20 EUR, delivery is free.
Delivery within the EU is charged 8.50 EUR for orders up to 70 EUR; for orders over 70 EUR, delivery is free.
Delivery to Switzerland (CH) and Serbia (SRB) is charged 8.00 EUR for orders up to 70 EUR; for orders over 70 EUR, delivery is free.

TERMS OF USE

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you can return it within 14 days, and we will refund your money.
By using these websites, the user/customer confirms that they are familiar with and agree to the General Terms and all other business conditions.
The seller is the company Molnar Stari Mlin d.o.o., Gornje Mokrice 2B, Petrinja, Croatia.
The end user is a visitor to these pages, and the customer is a visitor who completes an electronic order and makes a payment via credit card, general payment slip/virman/internet banking, or cash on delivery.

The Shopify Payment System applies the most modern data protection standards - Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 256-bit encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection when entering and transferring data. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures data exchange between the Shopify system and the authorization centers of card companies occurs within a private network protected from unauthorized access by a double firewall layer.

PRICES

All prices are in euros and include VAT.
The price of the goods is determined for each product individually.
If there is a price error, we will inform the customer and apologize for the inconvenience.
