By purchasing from the Šaramondo online store, you are guaranteed to receive value for your money. If a product has a hidden defect - we will refund your money!
The seller is committed to delivering a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the general description of the product stated on the saramondo.com website.

The advertised product must be in its original packaging, with a declaration, the associated invoice, user manual, and warranty card.

The right to return a product that was not ordered or has a hidden defect or damage (not caused during transport) is valid within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the shipment.
Molnar Stari Mlin d.o.o. (Šaramondo) will, based on the return or exchange request, refund the amount to the customer's account or replace the product with a new one within thirty (30) days from the date the returned product is received at the warehouse. If a replacement product cannot be delivered, only a refund is possible.

In case of subsequent defects, the conditions from the warranty attached to each product apply. The customer can file a complaint and send the product to the central address (Molnar Stari Mlin, Gornje Mokrice 2B, 44250 Petrinja) at their own expense.
The seller is not responsible for any damage or other obligations within the domain of the delivery service. Upon receiving the goods, the customer must file a complaint to the delivery person on the spot.
A complaint will not be accepted if the customer ordered the wrong product by mistake or does not like the ordered product, unless they are willing to cover the handling costs for returning the goods.
If the customer still decides to return the goods, they may do so exclusively at their own expense, provided that the paid amount will be refunded to their bank account.
Subsequent complaints will not be considered.


RETURN OF GOODS

According to the Consumer Protection Act, goods purchased remotely (not collected in person but delivered via a delivery service) can be returned (at the customer's expense) within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original and undamaged packaging.

Such goods must be sent to the warehouse address of Molnar Stari Mlin d.o.o. (Šaramondo webshop), Gornje Mokrice 2B, 44250 Petrinja, marked as - Return of Goods, and stating the reason for return (we are not responsible for incorrectly ordered goods).
The returned goods must include a warranty card, a copy of the invoice, and a written notice of contract termination with the account number for the refund. Otherwise, we will not be able to process the return.
Returned goods do not include permanently discounted goods and goods that have been used and/or have visibly damaged packaging.

If the packaging is damaged or any parts are missing, the return will be denied, and the customer will bear the transport costs.
If correct goods are returned, we will charge handling fees (delivery and return costs). The goods must be returned to the seller in undamaged and original packaging, with all accompanying documents and equipment. The return must be arranged in advance.


UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
The cancellation period starts from the day the customer received the product. The customer must inform the seller of the cancellation in writing (by email) using the standard information form for unilateral termination of the contract prescribed by the Regulation on the Consumer's Right to Unilateral Termination of a Distance Contract and Contracts Concluded Outside Business Premises (available via the provided link).
The contract is considered canceled when the seller receives the written notice, and the customer will be informed via email without delay.
The customer must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing the seller of their decision to terminate the contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods or hands them over to the seller before the expiration of the period.
The seller undertakes to return the full amount paid by the customer within 14 days, starting from the day the goods are returned or after the customer provides proof that the goods were sent back, whichever occurs first.
The customer who exercises the right of unilateral termination of the contract bears the direct costs of returning the product.
According to Article 77, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the purchased product resulting from handling the product.
Due to hygiene reasons, bottles, pacifiers, teething rings, and similar accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, and the refund amount for these products is reduced by 100%.
Other products must be returned unused/unworn and undamaged in the original undamaged packaging; otherwise, the refund amount is reduced by 100%.
Seasonal items can be returned or exchanged only during the season. After the season ends, or after the specific holiday, returns or exchanges are not possible.


DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is a one-time contract for the purchase of products at a distance, fulfilled by the delivery of goods and payment by the customer, unless terminated.
These Pre-Contractual Notices are an integral part of the contract.

FINAL PROVISIONS

By accepting these terms of sale, the buyer agrees to the provisions of these terms and acknowledges that they are an integral part of the purchase contract.
