BOXNOW shipments are free. Shipping via GLS (to your door) is free for orders over €20. For orders under €20, shipping is €5.60 for Croatia. For Austria, Germany and Switzerland, shipping is €8.50 for orders under €50.
How long after completing a purchase can I request a refund?
According to the Consumer Protection Act, goods purchased remotely (when not collected in person but sent by a delivery service) can be returned (at your own expense) within 14 days of receipt of the goods, exclusively in their original and undamaged packaging.
