WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE: MEASURED AT THE NARROWEST PART OF THE WAIST, USUALLY ABOVE THE NAVEL.

HIP CIRCUMFERENCE: MEASURED AT THE WIDEST PART OF THE HIPS, WITH A TAPE THAT FOLLOWS THE BODY LINE.

FOOT LENGTH: THE CHILD STANDS ON A PIECE OF PAPER, MARK THE TIP OF THE LONGEST TOE AND THE HEEL, THEN MEASURE THE DISTANCE. MEASURE BOTH FEET AND USE THE LONGER ONE.
