BODY HEIGHT: THE CHILD SHOULD STAND UPRIGHT, WITHOUT SHOES, WITH HEELS TOGETHER; MEASURE FROM THE TOP OF THE HEAD TO THE FLOOR.

CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE: MEASURE AT THE WIDEST PART OF THE CHEST, UNDER THE ARMPITS, WITH THE TAPE FOLLOWING THE BODY LINE.

WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE: MEASURE AT THE NARROWEST PART OF THE WAIST, USUALLY ABOVE THE BELLY BUTTON.

HIP CIRCUMFERENCE: MEASURE AT THE WIDEST PART OF THE HIPS, WITH THE TAPE FOLLOWING THE BODY LINE.

FOOT LENGTH: THE CHILD STANDS ON A SHEET OF PAPER; MARK THE TIP OF THE LONGEST TOE AND THE HEEL, THEN MEASURE THE DISTANCE. MEASURE BOTH FEET AND USE THE LONGER ONE.
